Questions and Answers:

Why should I give to Medaille?
As well as your daily contributions of effort and energy, a monetary contribution is a different and significant way to demonstrate your investment in Medaille and its students. There are many reasons to give but all reflect a sincere belief in the mission of the college and confidence in its future.

How is MY donation an important PIECE of the PIE?
  • It gives Medaille leverage to receive funding from foundations and corporations. It’s a powerful message when those closest to the college demonstrate their belief that it is an institution worthy of support.
  • It bring us that much closer to our goal to triple the number of scholarships we can award annually. It feels good to give and even better knowing you have made a difference for Medaille students.
  • It's an inspiring example to students and alumni who are our current and future supporters.
How can I make my gift?
There are three convenient ways to make your gift:
  • Payroll deduction - an amount is deducted from each paycheck.
  • Write a check payable to Medaille College.
  • Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Mail your gift to: Institutional Advancement, 18 Agassiz Circle, Buffalo NY 14214.  You may also fax your gift in at (716) 880-2978 or donate via phone at (716) 880-3368.  View and print the gift form

What is payroll deduction?
Payroll deduction is one of the most convenient ways to make your gift. It allows you to make a pledge and make payments on that pledge by having a certain amount automatically deducted from each paycheck. Payroll deductions can begin on or anytime after October 31, 2007 and end June 30, 2008. You may also choose to have an amount continuously deducted while employed at Medaille to more evenly spread out payments toward your annual gift.

May I designate my gift?

Yes!
This campaign is the last of a three-year effort to grow our endowed student scholarship funds and triple the number of endowed scholarships we can award annually.  A list and description of all the funds will help you decide which area you would like to support. You can also make an unrestricted gift to the Medaille Fund, which will be applied to the greatest need within the College. For more information about additional funds and ways to designate your gift please contact our office at (716) 880-2475 or email giving@medaille.edu.
