The bowling team is trying to raise $8,000 to cover the expenses for a tournament in Kutztown, Pa. and a trip to the Intercollegiate Team and Single Championships. Donations will also allow us to obtain top quality equipment for the team use throughout the season and tournament play.
Our women's bowling program was very successful in our first season. We finished with a record of 8-2 and won The Hawk Invitational Tournament. We finished the season ranked 42nd in the nation. This year's squad looks even stronger and as a member of the Maverick Family you can help us achieve our goals!
The men's basketball team is trying to raise $5,000 to buy a shooting machine called The Gun. This machine will allow a player to take over 1,000 shots in an hour. (Check out the website www.Gun3.com). Your donation will make this machine more affordable, and us better shooters!
Our basketball program is on the rise. We made the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference play-offs for the first time ever, and we advanced to the semi-finals. We also received a bid to the ECAC Postseason Tournament, which was also a first for Men’s Basketball at Medaille. We have our sights set on the NCAA Tournament this year, and we’ll need the Maverick Family to help us get there!
Your donation will supplement the women's basketball team's available funds, allowing us to accept post-season invitations and in-season travel opportunities that are not covered by budget monies.
We have won the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Championship for the past three seasons, and we are working hard to earn another championship and automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. With many new faces and young players, this season promises to be exciting, challenging, and full of opportunities for our program!
The men's volleyball team is raising money to help cover the costs to compete in a national invitational tournament in Wisconsin in January.
The men’s volleyball team has consistently been ranked in the top 15 national poll over the past four years. Participating in the Wisconsin Invitational Tournament will allow us to play against five of the best teams in the country and prove that we can compete for a national championship. We are working extremely hard and with you as a part of the Maverick Family, we know we can reach new heights!
