As you graduate, here are some things to add to your "to do" list as you enter the real world and start to put your degree to work.
Review and revise your resume to reflect your new degree, address changes, experience from your final year in school, and references.
Contact former professors, supervisors, and others who are familiar with your work and let them know that you're in the market for a job, and ask if they'd be willing to serve as a reference.
Post your resume to your online alumni community profile; this will be available to Medaille graduates who may be able to help you network within your industry.
Get active on web sites like LinkedIn, where you can search for jobs and career advice.
Review what's on your Facebook and MySpace profiles. If you have content that you wouldn't want a future employer to see, it's best that you take it down or make it private.
