In partnership with WNY Heroes, Medaille is collecting backpacks for children of veterans. Donation barrels have been set up in the lobby of the Amherst and Rochester campuses and in the foyer of the Main Building on the Buffalo Campus.
Backpacks and school supplies for children of all ages and are being collected until Friday, August 24. Last year, through this effort, 63 backpacks wered donated to children of local veterans.
Graduate programs run year-round at the Medaille's Amherst Campus, including education, mental health counseling, and psychology degrees, along with the Accelerated Learning Program.
With a location in the town of Brighton, Medaille dedicated its campus in Rochester in the summer of 2009, offering associate, bachelor's and master's degrees in business.
